Kashmir van Schuttershof is one of the jewels of Belgian breeding. Today, he is one of the world's top breeding stallions!
Among the most influential bloodlines in world show jumping breeding is that of the legendary Almé (5th paternal generation), which produced Jalisco B, Quidam de Revel, Nabab de Rêve and finally Kashmir van Schuttershof. The latter is considered one of Quidam's finest descendants today.
Kashmir van Schuttershof is currently ranked 15th in the WBFSH ranking of the world's best show jumping sires, and his exceptional progeny are more than assured!
He is the sire of more than a hundred winners at 1.55m and 1.60m, including :
More than a sire, Kashmir van Schuttershof is a true sport horse, and will demonstrate the extent of his talents during Grand Prix CSIO5* under Philippe le Jeune's saddle, notably with a double clear round at the Lucerne Nations' Cup and a preselection for the Athens Olympic Games.
His promising career was put on hold, however, to enable him to devote himself to designing the champions of today and tomorrow.
FORTUNE is out of the stallion ANDIAMO Z (ANIMO X GARITCHOU), approved by the studbooks KWPN, Z, NRPS, AES. He won the Nations Cup and 2nd of the CSIO5* Grand Prix in Gijon in 2005, 2nd of the CSI5* in Brussels in 2004, 2nd of the CSI World Cup in Verona in 2004, 2nd of the Grand Prix in Leeuwarden and Ascona in 2005...
Despite the small number of offspring, FORTUNE already has an excellent pedigree, as she is the dam of the reigning European Champion H&M ALL IN (by KASHMIR VAN'T SCHUTTERSHOF), associated with world No. 3 Peder Fredricson!
Together, they have won numerous titles, including individual Olympic runner-up in 2016 in Rio, team silver at the European Championships, and numerous rankings in CSI, Nations Cups, Grand Prix 5*...!
Before coming under the Swedish rider's saddle, he finished 4th in the World Championship for 7-year-olds at Lanaken with Belgian Nicola Philippaerts.
FORTUNE also has two sons approved by the sBs studbook: VOILA DK Z and VALUTA DK Z.
She is also the dam of GO AHEAD DK Z (GLASGOW W V H MERELSNEST), who is currently competing in CSIYH1* classes, and of HAPPINESS DK Z (HOOCH), who is making a brilliant 7yo debut! Her first run at 140.
BELLAFLEUR also produced FORTUNE's own sister, dam of the mare DUBAI DU BOIS PINCHET by KASHMIR VAN SCHUTTERSHOF, who looks set to follow in the footsteps of her cousin ALL IN! She is currently demonstrating all her qualities under the saddle of Martin Fuchs in CSI4 and 5*.
